Welcome to Nando's, home of the legendary South African flamed-grilled chicken PERi-PERi restaurants. PERi-PERi, also known as the African Bird's Eye Chili, is the key to our South African, legendary, flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken. Since 1987, we've mixed PERi-PERi with salt, garlic, lemon, onion, oil, and vinegar to make our signature sauce.
