The Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre is Niagara's first and only full service canine physical ther The Niagara Canine Conditioning Centre was founded by Barbara Lee, PT, MCPA, Dip. Canine Rehab and Keri Evers, DVM, CCRP. Our goal is to provide physical therapy for dogs and cats recovering from injuries, neurologic conditions and prolonged illnesses as well as those suffering from arthritis/degenerative joint diseases and obesity.
